Erik Linton
Erik Linton was born in 1984.
Art was a passion from his earliest memories. There was no subject
that he didn't attempt to put onto paper. Growing up on the foothills
of the Wasatch Mountains in Utah provided endless sources of
inspiration and exploration. After receiving a masters
degree in public health Erik began a career in the healthcare
field. In 2013 he began a "side hustle" selling his
artwork and by 2015 he was able to transition to being a full-time
artist. Since that time, Erik has had his work published in numerous
magazines and books. He has had the privilege of working with
renowned designers like Lauren Liess, Joanna Gaines and Kate
Chipinski.
He has had his work featured in magazines like Kyoto Journal,
Magnolia Journal, and Lincoln Center Theatre. He has worked on
world-wide projects with brands like Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott,
Makers Mark, Macallan, Target, Filson, and many more.
Erik is a member of the Portrait Society of America, Oil painters
of America, and The Art Renewal Center.
Erik currently lives in Cache
Valley, Utah with his wife and kids.
